Every project we take on follows a structured process designed to deliver great results without surprises. Whether you are commissioning a logo, a brochure, or a full website, the core workflow remains the same.
1. Discovery & Brief
We start by understanding your business, your audience, and what you want to achieve. This usually takes the form of a call or meeting where we discuss your goals, preferences, and any existing brand materials. The output is a clear creative brief that both sides agree on.
2. Research & Concepts
Once we have the brief, we research your industry, competitors, and target market. Our designers then develop initial concepts — typically three to four distinct directions. This is where the creative thinking happens, and it is the stage that takes the most time behind the scenes.
3. Presentation & Feedback
We present the concepts to you with an explanation of the thinking behind each one. You pick a direction (or a combination of elements), and we refine it based on your feedback. This is not the time to start from scratch — it is the time to shape the chosen concept into something perfect.
4. Revisions
Most projects include two to three rounds of revisions. A revision means adjusting elements within the approved direction — changing a colour, tweaking spacing, swapping a font. Major changes to the concept itself (starting over, adding entirely new deliverables) fall outside a standard revision.
5. Final Delivery
Once you approve the design, we prepare all production-ready files. You will receive your deliverables in multiple formats suitable for print, web, and social media. For branding projects, you will also receive a brand guidelines document explaining how to use everything correctly.
Typical Timelines
| Project Type | Estimated Duration |
|---|---|
| Logo & brand identity | 2–4 weeks |
| Business card / stationery | 3–5 working days |
| Brochure / flyer | 1–2 weeks |
| Website design & build | 4–8 weeks |
| Full rebrand | 6–12 weeks |
These are estimates — your project may be faster or slower depending on complexity and how quickly feedback comes in. The single biggest factor in timeline is turnaround time on approvals and content from your side.
